SAB. Night Black is a Japanese blended whisky from the Saburomaru Distillery in Toyama. It belongs to the SAB. brand, launched in 2024 when the distillery's blended whiskies were rebranded, and it follows the distillery's tradition of smokiness. This bottling is built around peat, aiming for a deeper and more complex smoky character. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle and carries no age statement. The label shows silhouetted mountains and trees beneath a moon and stars. The bottle is made with over 90% recycled glass, which makes it lighter than a standard bottle. On the nose it is calm and composed, with smoky notes.
