Safe Haven is an 8 year old Highland single malt from the Mystery Malt series by the independent bottler Murray McDavid. The distillery is deliberately left unnamed. It was distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2023 at 50%.
After its main maturation it was finished in Justino's Madeira casks, which add depth and structure without covering the character of the spirit.
It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
