A 3-year-old Danish whisky from Sall Whisky Distillery, bottled at 51.2% in 70cl bottles. GLØD 3.1 is the first GLØD release and follows the first bottlings of MULD and TØRV, completing the distillery's trio.
It is a marriage of one ex-bourbon cask that previously held Garrison Brothers whisky and two ex-oloroso sherry quarter casks. Together they yielded 534 bottles.
