Sall MULD 1.1 is a three-year-old organic single malt and single farm whisky from the Danish producer Sall Whisky, matured in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 52.2%. It is the first release in the MULD series, where the first 1 refers to the style and the second to the batch.
It was released on 24 November 2023 for Sall Whisky's fifth birthday, and it opens a new trio of styles named MULD, PEAT and GLOW. Every bottling can be traced back to the individual field it came from.
