Sall MULD 1.2 3 Year Old Single Malt (70cl, 50.9%)

MULD 1.2 is a 3 year old single malt from Sall Whisky Distillery in Denmark, and the second release in the MULD series. It is a single farm whisky, made from spring barley grown in Jutland, and matured in ex-bourbon casks. Each bottle can be traced back to the field where the barley was harvested. It is bottled at 50.9%. The malt bill combines pale and Vienna malt. The whisky is usually described as keeping the taste of grain and malt, with light fruit, vanilla and honey sweetness from gentle cask maturation.
