MULD 1.2 is a three-year-old single malt from Sall, bottled at 50.9% in a 70cl bottle. It is a single-farm whisky made from organic spring barley, Prospect and Evergreen, harvested in 2020 and 2021 from the Kvolbæk and Stadsgård fields. Pale and Vienna malts are used, and the whisky was matured in ex-bourbon casks. 624 bottles were produced. Sall describes it as distillate-driven, with the taste of grain and malt kept intact. Gentle cask maturation adds lightly fruity notes with vanilla and honey sweetness.
