Sall TØRV 2.1 3 Year Old (70cl, 55.5%)

Sall TØRV 2.1 is a 3-year-old peated single malt from the Sall Whisky Distillery in Denmark, and the first release in its TØRV series. It matured in ex-bourbon casks and is bottled at 55.5% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is a single farm whisky. The barley was sown and harvested by Lars, five kilometres from the distillery, and the malt was dried over peat extracted in Moseby in North Jutland. The distillery describes sweetness from the malt and the ex-bourbon casks, with a clear peat smoke that is well integrated into the whisky.
