Sall – TØRV 2.3 (70cl, 52.5%)

Sall TØRV 2.3 is a peated, organic single malt from a single farm, bottled at 52.5% in a 70cl bottle. It is a 3 year old whisky from batch 2.3, which numbers 445 bottles. The barley is an Evergreen variety from the 2020 harvest, grown in the Kvolbæk field and malted as Pale and Vienna. It was smoked with peat from a local bog. The whisky matured in bourbon, Oloroso sherry and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, and the sweetness of the sherry casks is said to balance the smoke.
