This is a 3 year old peated whisky from Sall, matured in an ex-moscatel cask and bottled at 59.4% ABV. Only 18 bottles were filled. It is made from Evergreen barley harvested in 2020 from the Kvolbæk field, using peated Vienna malt. The spirit was distilled twice over direct fire. The cask was selected by OWL and the whisky was bottled as an Odense Whisky Laug release.
