Don Fino Superior is a dry fino sherry from Sandeman, made from Palomino grapes grown in the house's own vineyards in the best areas of the Jerez demarcated region.
The wine matures in a solera under flor, the veil of yeast that forms on the surface, for a minimum of five years. It is a delicate, dry white wine.
