A Rainwater Madeira from Sandeman, made in the traditional manner on the Atlantic island of Madeira.
The rich soil and volcanic subsoil give the wine its character, and ageing in estufas builds on it. It is light in body but full in flavour and well balanced.
It suits classic dishes such as soups and pâtés, and is also used in classic cooking.
