A Sangiovese from the Rubicone IGT, presented by Brusa. It shows a clear ruby colour, with fresh red fruit, earthy hints and a light herbaceous note on the nose. The palate is slender and lively, with bright acidity, discreet sapidity and polished tannins. It is a medium-bodied, balanced wine with easy drinking, suited to tomato pasta, grilled meats, cured meats, medium-aged cheeses and roasted side dishes or mushroom dishes.
