Sanraku Ocean Gloria Ship Bottle Gold Version (76cl, 43%)

Ocean Whisky is a Japanese blend bottled at 43% in a 760ml ship-shaped bottle, here in the gold version. The label names Sanraku as the bottler and describes the whisky as a blend of malt and grain whiskies. In the 1980s the Ocean distillery sold its Gloria whisky in many different bottle shapes. The ship bottle was one of the least produced, and the gold edition is said to be rarer than the version in the ordinary glass bottle. The blend includes a good share of malt whisky from Karuizawa.
