A Venezuelan single-estate rum from Hacienda Santa Teresa in the Aragua Valley. The number 1796 refers to the founding year of the hacienda, not an age statement. Light, heavy and pot-still rums are blended, first aged separately, then in a four-stage solera system and finally in large oak vats. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The rum is dry, soft and balanced, with a long finish.
