Scarabus Sherry Cask Edition is an Islay single malt Scotch whisky from the independent bottler Douglas Laing. This limited edition was bottled for the German market.
Alongside bourbon casks, it is the first Scarabus to use first-fill sherry casks. It is bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill-filtered and without added colouring.
The profile is typical Islay peat smoke with a chocolatey sweetness, followed by a fruity finish.
