Sea Shepherd 12 Year Old is a peated single malt from the Scottish island of Islay, matured for twelve years and bottled at 53.4% ABV in a 70cl bottle. Classic peat smoke is joined by maritime and spicy notes, with malt, citrus fruit and oak alongside. The nose brings peat smoke, citrus, malt, sea salt and spicy oak. The palate is robust and smoky, with citrus fruit, pepper, malt and maritime notes. The finish is long, dry and smoky, with spice and oak.
