A single cask Northern Highlands single malt, 11 years old, distilled in July 2010 and bottled in December 2021 at a cask strength of 52.1%. It matured in a barrel and comes in a 70cl bottle, not chill-filtered and with no added colour.
The nose is thick and sweet, with ripe pale fruit, wax, citrus, butterscotch, salted caramel and very fine peat smoke. The palate is soft yet chewy, with malty sweet white wine, sea salt, juicy pale fruit and lightly smoked dry honey. The finish is slow, leaving beeswax, salty sea spray and herbal notes.
