Shin Classic is a Japanese blended whisky at 40% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is blended from whisky finished for two years, drawn from ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks that were previously aged for a year in American oak shochu casks from Japan. The colour is amber gold.
The nose is fruity and slightly sweet, with vanilla and citrus. The palate is fresh and spicy, with oak and chocolate. The finish is medium in length, spicy, sweet and woody.
