Shinobu Koshi-No is a blended Japanese whisky from Shinobu Distillery in Niigata, in a 70cl bottle. It is made from 50% malt and 50% grain whisky.
Mr Usami blended it from ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks, and it is finished in Mizunara oak.
Tasting notes list buttery mint, fresh grass, sweet coconut and vanilla, with hints of Chinese incense and sandalwood.
