Shinobu Mizunara 10 Pure Malt is a 10 year old blended malt from the Shinobu distillery in Japan. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The nose is led by fresh wooden cask, with vanilla and flowers, a malty nectar sweetness, a little citrus, Mizunara oak and coffee beans. The spirit tastes soft and easy to drink, and less strong than its age might suggest.
