Shizuoka – Distillery Potstill K Imported Barley First Edition (55%)

Shizuoka Distillery Potstill K First Edition is a Japanese single malt, and the distillery's first release made only from imported barley. It came out in early 2023. The whisky was distilled in the one remaining pot still from the Karuizawa distillery. It matured for a little over three years in bourbon casks and was bottled at 55% ABV. The release was 2,500 bottles, made for the Japanese market only.
