This is a Japanese single malt from Shizuoka Distillery, released in the middle of 2023 in a 50cl bottle. It is the Potstill K edition made only with Japanese barley.
The whisky was distilled in the one remaining still from Karuizawa. It matured for a little over three years in bourbon casks and was bottled at 55% ABV.
