This Japanese single malt was the first release from the Shizuoka Distillery, launched in early 2022.
It was distilled in a pot still fired directly with wood, using only imported barley. The whisky matured for a little over three years in bourbon casks and was bottled at 55% ABV.
The release came to 2,500 bottles.
