Silvio Carta Bomba Carta Amaro

Silvio Carta Bomba Carta is an Italian amaro from Sardinia, made from a selection of plants, herbs and spices typical of the Mediterranean. It balances bitterness, freshness and intensity. The nose is herbal, with citrus, spice and aromatic plants and a slight balsamic edge. On the palate the attack is lively, with the bitterness expected of an amaro, then herbs, citrus peel and spice building gradually in a fluid texture. The finish is long, bitter, vegetal and lightly spiced. It suits serving chilled or over ice as a digestif, and it also works in cocktails with citrus or soda.
