Silvio Carta Mazzini Dry Vermouth

Mazzini is a dry vermouth from Sardinia, built on Vermentino and other Sardinian white wines. The wine is infused for two to three months with botanicals that are all native to the island: helichrysum, rosemary, myrtle leaves, mastic and artemisia. They are picked by hand in the Silvio Carta gardens and infused within minutes of harvest, and the vermouth is checked throughout for appearance, aroma and taste. Once it meets the producer's standards, the liquid is separated from the botanicals and cooled to 14 degrees Fahrenheit for a month. The temperature is then left to rise naturally before bottling.
