Silvio Carta Mazzini Bianco Vermouth

Silvio Carta Mazzini Bianco is a Sardinian white vermouth made on a base of Vermentino and other white wines from the island. The wine is infused for two to three months with botanicals that include helichrysum, rosemary, myrtle leaves, mastic and artemisia. All are native to Sardinia, handpicked from the Silvio Carta gardens and infused within minutes of harvest. The vermouth is then separated from the botanicals and chilled for a month before bottling.
