The whiskey is matured in a mix of casks, mainly ex-bourbon.
The nose is soft, with grain, vanilla and light fruit. The palate is balanced and mild, with creamy toffee, honey and a touch of spice, leading to a soft, lingering finish with restrained spice and a fine malt sweetness.
