Smokehead Single Malt (70cl, 40%)

Smokehead Single Malt is a peated single malt from Islay, Scotland, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered, with colour added. The character is smoky and peat-led, with a strong peaty note that stays short of feeling heavy. The nose is intensely smoky, with maritime notes and a fresh breeze. On the palate there are distinct layers of peat and smoke, with spicy and lightly sweet touches. The finish is warm and lasting, with smoke to the end.
