A sparkling wine from Fontanafredda, produced in the Langhe area of Piedmont from Moscato Bianco grapes. It is made from selected grapes from particularly fine vintages and shows lively freshness with intense floral and fruity aromas, from wisteria to white peach, with light notes of honey and citrus.
Natural refermentation in autoclave preserves fine bubbles, giving a pleasant sweetness balanced by appealing savouriness and a light, harmonious structure. It pairs well with fruit desserts or dry pastries.
