Starlight Carl T. Huber's Signature Bourbon is a small-batch straight bourbon from Starlight Distillery in Indiana, named in honour of Carl T. Huber. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
The mash bill uses four grains: corn, rye, malted barley and wheat, grown largely on the family estate. The bourbon is aged for a minimum of four years in a climate-controlled warehouse.
Sweet corn, honey, orchard fruit and toasted oak lead on the nose. The palate offers caramel, vanilla custard and baked apple with gentle rye spice, and the finish is long and warm, with sweet vanilla and dry oak.
