Carl T. Signature is a straight bourbon from Starlight Distillery, part of Huber's Orchard, Winery & Vineyards in Indiana. The nose offers hickory wood spice, cinnamon candy and coffee cake. The palate is full of spice with tropical fruit, mango and guava, then mint, more cinnamon and oak, with good balance and body. The aromas show more brightly when the whiskey is taken without water.
