Starward – Dumangin Batch 022 (70cl, 47%)

Dumangin Batch 022 is a single malt from Starward, double barrelled in a red wine barrel and a ratafia Champenois cask. It spent three and a half years in a Barossa red wine barrel, followed by a 16 month finish in a ratafia barrel. The fiery side of the red wine ageing is paired with the sweetness and creaminess that the ratafia Champenois adds. This batch was produced in 300 bottles and bottled at 47% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
