Starward – Peated Finish Single Malt Australian Whisky

Starward Peated Finish is an Australian single malt whisky and a follow-up release from the distillery. It starts from Starward's red wine barrel-aged whisky. That whisky was then finished for 18 months in decades-old barrels from Islay, Scotland, bringing red wine and peat together in one bottle. It is described as having bright tropical fruit from the spirit and red fruit from the wine barrels, leading to a lingering, sweet peat finish.
