Starward Two-Fold is a double grain whisky from Melbourne, Australia, made from Australian wheat and malted barley. It is matured entirely in red wine barrels from local wineries and bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle.
The nose shows red berries, baking spice, banana bread and toasted oak. The palate is soft but textured, with ripe stone fruits, vanilla, cereal sweetness and a juicy red wine edge. The finish is clean and balanced, with a gentle fade of spice and fruit.
