Høst is a Danish whisky from the Stauning distillery, bottled at 40.5% in a 70cl bottle. Stauning opened in 2006 and was Denmark's first new operational single malt distillery. Høst is described as a 'double malt', because its mashbill combines malted barley with malted rye. The distillery was expanded in 2018, when a new site with 24 direct fired pot stills was opened.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
