Stauning – Smoke Danish Whisky (70cl, 47%)

Stauning Smoke is a Danish single malt in a 70cl bottle at 47%. It is made from West Jutland malt barley smoked over locally harvested peat, blended with dried heather from the heathland by Ringkøbing Fjord. The heather gives a mild, aromatic smokiness. The whisky has matured for five years in a mix of first-fill bourbon casks, first-fill Oloroso sherry casks and virgin American oak casks.
