Suntory Hibiki Harmony

Hibiki Harmony is a Japanese blend of malt and grain whiskies from the Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita distilleries. It comes in the Hibiki bottle with 24 facets, which stand for the changing Japanese seasons. Orange peel and white chocolate run through the blend. The nose brings rose, lychee, a hint of rosemary, mature wood and sandalwood. On the palate there is honey-like sweetness, candied orange peel and white chocolate, followed by a soft, long finish with a hint of Mizunara, Japanese oak.
