Suntory Special Reserve is a Japanese blend of single malts from Yamazaki and Hakushu, matured in American oak casks. It comes in a 70cl bottle at 40% ABV.
It was first released in 1969 to mark Suntory's 70th anniversary, and the line has stayed in production since.
The tasting notes describe a touch of fruit, such as banana, cooked apple and pear, followed by a delicate, spicy and fruity finish.
