The Hakushu Distiller's Reserve is a Japanese single malt from Suntory's Hakushu distillery. Suntory also makes Yamazaki and Hibiki. It carries no age statement and is bottled at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle. On the nose there is oak, earthy touches, vanilla and a little fruit. The palate is slightly herbal, with light peat and citrus, and the finish brings the smokiness further forward.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
