Blended Whisky
Suntory Toki is a Japanese blended whisky, made from malt and grain whiskies from the three Suntory distilleries: Yamazaki, Hakushu and Chita. Its name means "time". The style is light-bodied and subtly sweet, and it suits highballs as well as sipping. The nose is fresh, with honey, green apple and grapefruit zest, plus floral notes, vanilla and a little white oak. The palate brings toffee, almond and ginger spice with bright orchard fruit. The finish is clean and short, with sweet citrus, oak spice and a touch of white pepper.
