Talisker 10 Year Old - Ruggedly Maritime (45.8%)

Talisker 10 Year Old is an Island single malt from the Isle of Skye, made at Loch Harport, where distilling has gone on since 1830. It was matured for 10 years in American oak casks and bottled at 45.8% ABV. Sweetness, spice and sea-influenced smoke sit in balance. The nose brings briny sea air, orchard fruits and gentle peat, the palate sweet malt, dried fruit and cracked black pepper, and the finish is long, warming and smoky.
