This Talisker was distilled on the Isle of Skye in November 2010 and bottled in 2026 by Douglas Laing under its Old Particular label. It matured for 15 years in a refill hogshead and is bottled at 59.7% ABV, non-chill-filtered and without added colouring.
The nose combines peat smoke, peppery spice and deep maltiness with dried fruit underneath. The palate is creamy and oily, with peppery heat meeting sweet malt. The finish is long and complex, the sweetness typical of Talisker fading into a maritime note.
