It was matured for 18 years in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, which brings together maritime freshness, soft peat smoke and rich fruity aromas.
Tasting notes mention honey, ripe fruit, vanilla, sea salt and black pepper. The finish is long and warming, with subtle smoke, spice and a refined sweetness.
