Talisker Distillers Edition 2021 is a single malt from the Isle of Skye, bottled at 45.8%. It is a limited bottling in the Distillers Edition series, distilled in 2011 and bottled in 2021.
The whisky was matured twice, the second time in Amoroso sherry casks.
The nose is typically described as gentle peat smoke, sea breeze, citrus, sherry and nuts. The palate is full, with candied fruit, nuts, peat and spice. The finish is medium in length, with peat and oak.
