Talisker – Parley Wilder Seas (2023)

Talisker Parley Wilder Seas is a 2023 special edition single malt, made in collaboration with Parley for the Oceans. Each bottle contributes to ocean protection projects, and the glass is 100% recycled, a first for the Talisker range. The whisky was matured in French oak XO Cognac casks, also a first for Talisker. The label is a deep ocean blue with textured waves. The nose combines sea breeze, peat smoke, salt, honey, ripe grapes and soft cognac notes. The palate begins with peppery smoke, followed by grape, toffee, citrus, toasted oak, salt and warm spices. The finish is long, salty, smoky and slightly sweet, with a cognac haze.
