Tasting notes describe a nose that is both sweet and fruity, with orange, honey, vanilla and chocolate, and smoky and medicinal, with peat, sea breeze and seaweed. The palate opens peppery and peaty, with smoke and saltiness, then turns to softer caramel, green apple and syrup. The finish is medium in length and warm, with a spicy touch.
