Talisker – The Wild Blue Atlantic Coastal Wine Casks

The Wild Blue is a smoky single malt from Talisker, matured in what the name calls Atlantic coastal wine casks. The nose combines light pepper, seaweed and smoke with red fruit and hints of heavy red wine. The palate is soft yet intense, with plenty of berries and apples meeting a little sea salt and a touch of chilli.
