The whisky was matured in ex-bourbon and Sauternes casks.
The nose is typically described as fresh orchard fruit with roasted nuts and chocolate. The palate brings peach and apricot, with citrus, a light touch of smoke and herbal, woody notes. The finish is long and fruity, with spicy oak and smoked sea salt.
