Teeling 30 Years Old is an Irish single malt from the Vintage Reserve Collection, crafted by Jack Teeling. It was bottled in November 2021 at 46% in a 70cl bottle, without chill filtration.
The whiskey matured in Sauternes and bourbon casks, and 4,000 bottles were released.
The nose offers fresh orchard fruit, toasted nuts and chocolate. The palate is smooth and velvety, with peach, apricot, citrus, smoke and herbal notes. The finish is long, with lingering fruit, spiced oak and smoked sea salt.
