Teeling – Rising Reserve 21 Year Old Series 4 (70cl, 46%)

Teeling Rising Reserve is a 21-year-old Irish single malt from Teeling in Dublin, released as part of a series built from the oldest and most interesting single malt in the distillery's reserves. The whisky spent more than 18 years in ex-Bourbon casks, then three years finishing in Ruby Port casks. That long finish is said to bring dark fruit, milk chocolate and orchard fruit, along with brown sugar and a soft oak spice. It is bottled at 46% without chill filtration, in a release of 6,000 bottles.
